Its getting stranger every year The love is gone, there's only pain and fear So what more can I say? What more can I do? I'd like to love you but I'm dead I'd like to see you besides in my head So what more can I say? What more can I do? I want to see you but I don't know where you... I don't know where you are anymore I can't get you out of my head I...well I miss you honey It's getting stranger every year The world's so fast and so insincere So what more can I say? What more can I do? This song is often sung It sure can make you run But what more can I say? What more can I do? I want to see you but I don't know where you... I don't know where you are anymore I can't get you out of my head I...well I miss you honey I'd like to love you...

Exit 04:50
Can we be something today? But we won't worry or fray our problems anymore Come on don't be so down and out We don't want to be here when everything blows Just move on with out subtle suffrage, this is it Take us all Come on please take us all Can't you see everything is down? Can't you hear it all in the sound? Chance, providence We won't just rely on this Bring it all to the front Set it on, exit's begun

I'm all for it, I'm all for it But I can't see straight with all this mess around my head, I'm brought down Give me some time, give me some time I swear I'll get it all done in the end, I will not let you down, no I And yes I know I've been a while That's all been clear, I'm not a child But you still pretend I'm short of mind Some much needed peace is hard to find Call off your dogs, cos I can't get no rest I am still here, I am still here Even though you cannot see me, I'm around you just don't know it You were right dear, you were right dear You tried to get me to see, but I could not look past myself, so I And yes I know I've been a while That's all been clear, I was in denial I know I can't pretend that I'm short of mind But some much needed peace is hard to find Call off your dogs, cos I can't get no rest

For You 04:06
I'm on my own Stand strong alone Been seeing you for a while Pursuing me for a smile Breathe in and out Don't look up or shout Taking it slow is my only way But you know what I wanted to say For you... Evasions my kind of relation I can't help my feelings I'm cautious with dealings I know I might be barking up the wrong tree I know these are all true But I candidly like you Come back to me...

A Life 05:03
It's cold outside, it rains all the time Greets it with a smile, hopes it stays awhile Rolls out of bed, turns on the light Can't see a point in life Pushing back the curtains again, he sees all the strife Empty streets all littered with this, it's something he likes He goes and leaves it all, he thinks he's strong, but he cries, he's wrong Should've taken more time with himself, it's too late, it's gone Life flies by, world goes on Looking for somebody to blame, he's chosen his friends today Could've been something better than this, it sure wasn't him Winds howling on the door is closed No more light, night suffocates his mind Tries to sleep again, but lays awake in thought Can't shake it off Looking for somebody to blame, he's chosen his friends today Could've been something better than this, it sure wasn't him And I say love, come on save love I won't bring you down, I won't bring you down anymore
6.
Welcome home my dear old friend I can't pretend that I haven't missed you It's been a while I know, yes it's been a while I know but I'm still here, yes I'm still here It's my heart, now I know my part Coming here with so much fear It can't help anyone, no it can't help anyone So welcome home my dear old friend I can't pretend that I haven't missed you It's been a while I know, yes it's been a while I know but I'm still here, yes I'm still here
7.
God save the king from all of his things (He doesn't know, they run the show, all of his life) Into the night, we can fall short of sight (Take to the sun, should make for the sun, don't spoil the fun) We've played our part, so well I can't tell who we are (I've had enough, all overflowed, you should know, we're all hollow)
8.
Don't put me down, it's not really fair You know you put me out, when I really care for you I'm sovereign to this pain, it's all just a game We all run around, can't refrain, old at heart Bull on with you Save one, kill two I'm all a fuss, it keeps me alive Not entirely gone, you know I try, say goodnight It's so ridiculous, how good I want to be Can't go on right now, it's not really me, so goodbye Bull on with you Save one, kill two

about

This is the demo album that started it all. The Primary was young, hungry, and extremely raw. You can hear the band aggressively stumbling forward to try and find their sound on this album. You can also hear the drastic shortcomings in production quality as the band was just figuring out how to write and record together. Josh Vasquez, lead singer, was also acting as recording and mixing engineer for the first time. While severely lacking in polish, this album shows some promise of what was to come.

Press:

“You don't sound like anybody else and that's good. You are not copying anybody...That's totally unique and that's important!” - Kidd Kraddick - Kidd Kraddick in the Morning - 106.1 Kiss FM

“With solid musicianship and some really cool vocals, this four man band is poised to join my list. "People Going Places," the band's current CD showcases a band on the verge on going somewhere good..."People Going Places" is definitely worth several listens. This band deserves some local support!!” - Maurice Moss - Dallas Music Examiner

“The strong songwriting craftsmanship of the band is also shown in the beautiful crafted lyrics that simply amazed fans when first listening to the band's music.” - Isaac Davis Jr. - Junior's Cave Online Magazine

“Heart Of Darkness, featuring a slightly heavier sound played in metronomic fashion. This is the best composition on the disc even as it ranges through experimental and psychedelic temperaments.” - Wildy - Wildy's World
